R&F Return Policy
100% Merchandise Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from R&F, whether in-store or online, we’ll replace it or provide a refund in most cases. Some products have different policies, requirements and restrictions associated with them.
- General Requirements and Restrictions
- In-store Purchases. Purchases made at R&F store may be returned to any R&F store.
- Online Purchases. Return any accessories with packing slips that comes with your original package. Initiate a refund request online, and return purchased merchandise to any R&F store as needed.
- Membership Card or Photo ID. You may be required to present your membership card and/or valid photo identification at the time of return.
- Receipts. We prefer you to provide us with your original receipts or printed orders, but if these documents are not available, we will do our best to process your return.
- Product/Order Contents. You are required to return the products with all the contents received from our store, including packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.), parts, accessories, etc. Promotional gifts or gift/shopping cards provided with the purchase must be returned as well. R&F reserves its right to issue a full refund or a partial refund subject to the extent of completion of returned items.
- Returned Items. 15% restocking fee may apply. $35 service charge will be applied to all returned check.
- Return Frequencies and Time Period. R&F reserves the right to limit the frequency of returns and total number of times a customer can return items to a maximum of 3 times per month, , at R&F sole discretion.
- Forms of Payment for Refunds/Credit. Certain restrictions and limitations may apply regarding forms of payment (cash, credit, etc.) of the refund or credit.
- You will receive a credit to the account that was charged at the time of purchase if we can process our refund with this form.
- Tax. Tax refunds are governed by applicable State or local laws and may vary by locations.
- Pickup Service Charges. Shipping and delivery charges will be refunded or credited only if the return is is caused by R&F’s sole fault based upon available information and at R&F’s discretion.
- Specific Products/Purchases
If a customer is not satisfied with a specific merchandise purchased from R&F, whether in-store or online, we’ll replace it or provide a refund in most cases with the following exceptions:
