R&F Membership Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Welcome to R&F mart your destination for quality products and exceptional savings. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Membership Eligibility:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Membership at R&F mart is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid form of identification. Membership is non-transferable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Membership Fee:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
      \n

      The annual membership fee for R&F mart  is $20. Annual Membership fee covers a 12-month period. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid annually.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        As a member of R&F mart  you will enjoy the following benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Exclusive Offers and Updates: Members receive immediate updates on promotions and exclusive member discounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • 2% Discount on All Products: Members enjoy a 2% discount on all products, applicable both in-store and online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

            1. Non-Exclusive Membership:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
              \n

              R&F mart  is open to both members and non-members. Membership is not required to shop at R&F mart, but members receive additional benefits and discounts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

              1. Membership Renewal:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                \n

                Membership at R&F mart  does not automatically renew annually. Members must renew their membership manually by paying the annual membership fee before the expiration date of their current membership term. Failure to renew the membership by the expiration date will result in the loss of membership benefits until the membership is renewed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

                1. Termination of Membership:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  R&F mart reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership at any time for violations of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the management.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

                    By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.                     1. Governing Law:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from membership shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

                      1. Use of Resale Permit or Transaction of Privilege Tax License (Tax-Exempt) for In-Store and Online Purchases<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                        \n

                        To obtain tax-exempt purchasing privileges for purchases on R&F Pocket Store, Members must register as Tax Exempt, must follow the tax-exempt registration procedure as described on the Site and be approved for Tax Exempt Status. As part of this process, you may be required to provide additional information to R&F to confirm your tax-exempt status (for example, a valid state tax-exempt number). You represent and warrant that any information you provide to R&F as part of the tax-exempt registration process is valid, accurate, and complete. You will promptly notify R&F of any updates or changes to your tax-exempt status and will promptly provide R&F with any updated information or documentation. If you purchase any products or services for a tax-exempt purpose and use those products or services for any other purpose, you will report and pay all taxes required under applicable law. If you are a tax-exempt organization, all tax-exempt purchases must be used exclusively by your organization for tax-exempt purposes only. You will comply with all other applicable requirements for tax-exempt purchases under applicable law. You will hold R&F harmless from and will indemnify R&F against any claim, loss or expense occurring from any failure to comply with your resale permits or any other tax-exempt requirements, and your exemption will be subject to immediate cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        You further agree that if you do not use the products or services purchased with your tax-exempt account for the purpose for which your tax exemption applies, you will report and pay sales and use taxes directly to the state relating to the products or services to the extent required by law. In order to qualify for exemption, you may be required by law to pay us using your organization\u2019s payment method (e.g., a company credit card) and not a personal payment method (e.g., a personal credit card). To the extent you have a Business Account, you acknowledge that if you, or any business user accounts associated with your Business Account, make tax exempt purchases with a tax exemption certificate associated with the Business Account, that those purchases are made with the tax-exempt organization\u2019s funds. You will comply with such requirement to the extent required by law.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
