R&F Curbside Pickup Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

In a continuing effort to provide legendary member service and experience, R&F offers Pickup services (“Pickup”) for certain customers shopping at R&F pocket store. Participation is subject to these “Pickup Terms and Conditions” as described below. By participating in Pickup, you acknowledge that you have read these Pickup Terms and Conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

All R&F rules, including these Pickup Terms and Conditions, may be amended from time to time without notice. It is your obligation to review and follow up on the most updated Terms and Conditions of our store.

  1. Pickup
  • Pickup is a paid service which allows you to order online at R&F pocket store and pick up your goods at R&F physical store.
  • Simply place your order online at R&F pocket store, select a time slot that fits your schedule, and then pick up your items from a designated R&F pickup point. R&F reserves the right to limit the availability of Pickup and reserves the right to charge pick-up service fee for orders not picked up on time or not picked up.
  • If you are late by more than 30 minutes from the appointment you made, a late fee equivalent to 4% of the total bill will be charged.
  • Merchandise is subject to availability. If the item you requested is not available, you will not be charged for that item. Some select items require proof of age.
  1. Pricing and Weighted Items
  • All prices on R&F pocket store are shown in US dollars. Prices, unit prices (for weighted items), and available quantities of merchandise may vary by date.
  • Pickup: Price or unit price will be determined at the time you provide payment information. If you pay R&F in advance at the time of placing orders, then the price or unit price of each item is determined by the online price at the time you place your order.
  • In either case, the final price of fresh weighted items will be based on the applicable unit price and the quantity actually purchased.
  • Weighted Items: For certain items, your final price is based on the unit price at the time you provide payment information and the actual weight of the item you purchase, including fresh meat, home meal solutions, and some cheese products. At the time of online order placement, you will select the desired quantity of an item and be shown a maximum price that will be charged for the item. In no event will the final price of the weighted item exceed the maximum price that was authorized at the time of order placement.
  1. Payment

You can pay using any form of payment currently accepted for online purchases.

  1. Authorization Process
  • When you place an order, R&F requires that you make sure your credit or debit card have sufficient funds to pay for your purchase. Also note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by third parties and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment or your card’s validation check cannot be approved, we will not accept your order. We will not be liable for failure to process your order. Please contact your card issuer or your bank for unsuccessful validation of your card or authorization of payment.
  • Based on the above content, you should ensure successful payment. If payment cannot be made due to issues with the credit card, R&F will not be held responsible.
  1. Taxes

We are required by law to collect all taxes based on the location that your order is being processed. When you review your order total during the checkout process, you’ll see the estimated sales tax. Taxes may be applied to pre-discounted prices depending on state and local laws.

  1. Order Cancellation

For Pickup, orders that are not picked up at the R&F 2 hours after the selected pickup date will automatically be cancelled and the ordered items will be returned to inventory. If the Pickup order is prepaid, you will not be charged if your order is cancelled. However, R&F reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for cancelled orders.

For cancelled orders, the pickup service fee of 4% of the total order amount will be charged.

  1. Miscellaneous Terms

R&F reserves the right to amend, cancel or temporarily suspend this Pickup Service, in whole or in part, or change any of these Pickup Terms and Conditions at any time for any or no reason.
